Delivery Information

Delivery fees are calculated and added to your order automatically upon checkout based on the delivery address and order weight/dimensions.

The delivery fee is based on DHL Express Courier rates and is subject to change in accordance with DHL Express Courier rate updates. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes or Freight forwarders. Once the order has been placed, we are unable to amend the address details.

Orders are delivered using DHL Express Courier Monday to Friday and no deliveries will take place on weekends and Public Holidays.

During busy period, shipments might experience a delay of +1 or +2 days.

Malta and Gozo Estimated Transit Time:

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Thursday will be processed and dispatched on the same day for delivery the next working day. Delivery to Gozo may take up to 2 working days.

International Estimated Transit Time:

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Thursday will be processed and dispatched for delivery the following working day. The Estimated Transit Time* is as follows:

Shipping to Ukraine and Russia is limited to selected locations. Shipments to Russia must be addressed to a company and not to an individual address as per the law of the country.

Orders sent to non-EU countries, are subject to international taxes, duties and customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office.

Tracking

To track your order, please refer to the tracking number shown in your shipment confirmation email. Click on the link in the email and you’ll be directed to the DHL website. If you can’t locate the tracking email, please make sure you’ve checked your spam and junk folder. DHL Express couriers deliver Monday to Friday.
